We are an AWARD WINNING independent company with both a high street and online presence. We opened our business in 2015 with a view to revolutionise the lettings industry, we have rapidly built up a substantial portfolio through word of mouth and have recently opened our new office in Larkhall.

The business is run jointly by two directors - Yvonne Whitefield and Cheryl Young, both bringing over 20 years of combined experience in the industry.

We were among the first 80 agents in Scotland to meet the governments requirements for registration - we are fully qualified & have passed Level 3 in Managing Residential Properties which we completed with Landlord Accreditation Scotland & Chartered Institute of Housing , our application to be submitted onto the Letting agent Register has been approved and our number is LARN1905067.

In addition, in our first year of business we have won 5 gold awards for our customer service including best agent in South Lanarkshire - we are very proud of what we have achieved since October 2015!

Our solid expertise and personal experience enables us to relate to our landlords as we are landlords ourselves.

We are well equipped with all the knowledge required to efficiently allow our tenancies to run smoothly, and we know 99% of the answers, but we are also backed up by the Scottish Association of Landlords who can advise us on everything and anything!

The reason we decided to branch out and open our own business is not to expand enormously or make mass profit – which our fees reflect. We did it because we love our job and want to keep all our customers happy, our main aim being to keep hands on with every one of YOU.

We have seen in the past where things can go wrong and where professional relationships breakdown, so we know how to prevent this!

We are aware that landlords rent their properties to have an income which we do not want to take away from them, therefore our fees are very competitive.

We pride ourselves in going the extra mile for our customers, whether they be landlords or tenants.

We have been known to help landlords with removals and even put our marigolds on and clean rental properties!

We are fully-regulated by Landlord Accreditation Scotland which sets the standards in compliance with which we must conduct our business.

We are fully-registered with each council as landlords and are fully-insured by Hiscox.

We lodge all our tenancy deposits within the specified time to Mydeposits Scotland and supply all tenants with the prescribed information.
